CVHS’ Elite camp is the highest-level camp provided by CVHS. This camp consists of one intense dry-land session followed by one on-ice session each day Monday-Friday. On-ice drills will be both mentally and physically challenging and require previous experience of high-level hockey. This camp will focus on advanced concepts and skills for motivated players attending AAA or junior tryouts.
The dry-land and on-ice sessions will focus on:
- Overall strength
- Speed
- Conditioning
- Reactionary quickness
- Making plays under pressure
- Situational awareness
- Small area competition drills
- Puck control at high speed
Player Groups capped at 25 players and 2 goalies
